As a multimedia artist, I express myself through collage, painting, comics, photography, writing, and music. I am currently enrolled in the IPRC's graphic novel curriculum. I draw inspiration from the natural world, overheard conversations, humor, and the subtle beauty in ordinary moments. 

I'm drawn towards bright colors, fanciful creatures, and round, fluffy shapes. These elements have, over time, come together to form a place that I call Blanketworld. I make art because it's fun, and because when it's finished I've created a spot that I can linger in for a while. The world in which we live can be an intense and complicated place, and Blanketworld is a haven in which to relax, celebrate, and feel magical.

I live in Portland, Oregon, with my husband, Benny, and our two cats.
